The fruit was grown in our vineyards in the Goulburn Valley, one hour’s drive north of Melbourne. This region has long, baking, sunny days and mild evening temperatures, ensure the fruit maturity and retain the high nature acidity - perfect for the growing of great Chardonnay.

The grapes were harvested during the cool of the night to maintain fruit freshness. The wine was barrel fermented in various parcels, with extended lees contact to build structure yet retain good fruit balance.

Wine is made to drink young. Its high nature acidity shall help to get fuller body and develop the complex toasty, honey and canned fruit flavours with age.

This wine is made with food in mind. This is a versatile, medium bodied wine that is perfect with modern street food, char-grilled calamari or anything from the sea.
