Grapes mainly sourced from Alpine Valley in North East Victoria. With plenty of light and cool temperatures at night, the Merlot grapes are fully ripe and develop a rich blackberry flavor. The grape maintains good natural acidity, and the wine produced is fruity and full-bodied.

The grapes picked from different areas are processed separately. After crushing, they are fermented in an open tank for about 2 weeks，pumped over twice a day. After the fermentation is completed, they are pressed and transferred to stainless steel tanks (70%) and French oak barrels (30%), matured for 10-12 months, and bottled after blending.

A fruity, sweet and rich wine, which is very refreshing to drink it now, but its fullness gives the wine potential to age, and brings you more complex flavors and drinking pleasure.

Can be used to pair with all kinds of poultry (chicken, duck, poultry and game). Its fruity and sweet characteristics are also suitable for some slightly spicy dished.
